boot cd: conf=cd:,\ppc\ppc64\yaboot.conf

To set correctly the bootarg "conf" to the path of yaboot.conf.

But I don't know if ppc64 works, try instead:

boot cd: conf=cd:,\ppc\ppc32\yaboot.conf

with qemu-system-ppc
