[OpenBIOS] Net boot (was: User-extentions)

  The only problem with netcard-based solutions is changing things can
often be a pain in the ass.  I'd like to be able to type:

	boot tftp:132.177.247.23/mykernel root=whatever

from my BIOS prompt and have it work.  :-)
